Exchanges & Returns

I understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online.  You are welcome to return or exchange any item (Chakra Jewelry, Mala Jewelry, etc.) within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. I will send you a return shipping label. Refunds do not include the original (1st) shipping cost.

Refund Processing
I'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once I've received and processed the returned piece. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 14 business days), the time it takes me to process your return once I receive the product (2-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank).

Cancelling My Order

You can cancel your order only BEFORE it is shipped. Once it ships and you have been given a "confirmation shipment tracking number" you must wait until you receive the product and then start the return and refund process. Please start your "Order Cancellation" by emailing me (cancel@newenglandknots.com) so that I can send you a return postage label.

Repairs

I also offer restringing/repair services. Over time and with use, some pieces will need maintenance and repairs.  If you love your piece, I can see what I can do to help you restore it. I can help do the work for you, with you, or provide some of the supplies or know-how. I am here to help!
